By day I'm a Lead Data Architect at General Mills, where I set the data standards that 100+ engineers build on. Before that I spent seven years as a data engineer. The pricing pipelines I built support over $20B in customer business.

That work taught me where systems break: messy data, the edge case nobody planned for, the one step someone still does by hand. Earlier years in project delivery taught me to scope work so it actually ships. I bring both to every client project.

I was teaching before AI was the subject. As a young adult pastor, I learned to meet people where they are and make hard ideas usable. Today I run a two-year AI and data curriculum for 50+ engineers and scientists. The same approach shapes my workshops.
